Guest House Dream View is located some 20km north of the capital city Tbilisi. It is ideally located on the outskirts of Tbilisi allowing easy access to the city for a day trip and letting you beat the traffic for day trips in the countryside and the mountains.

Guest House Dream View’s international standard facilities provide everything you could want after a day of hiking.

Facilities

Guest House Dream View is a private guest house with its own private swimming pool; a large terrace; comfortable, specially isolated, air-conditioned  rooms; spectacular mountain views; strong wifi; and delicious, home-cooked local and international food; many of the vegetable and herbs are grown in Dream View’s large garden.

We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements but please do let us know in advance.

Guests will still enjoy all meals and events at Guest House Dream View with the rest of the group. They are, of course, welcome to use Sevsamora Resort’s facilities if they wish.
