Visit Georgia for the 2026 Rugby Junior World Championship! This is a fantastic opportunity to watch top-level international rugby games and the stars of the future at a fraction of the cost of other international rugby competitions combined with the chance to experience Georgia’s legendary hospitality and visit some of Georgia’s most famous sights.

This year’s expanded format will see 16 international teams playing; eight teams will be based in the capital Tbilisi and eight teams in Georgia’s second city Kutaisi. The final will be held in Tbilisi in July. Visitors will have the opportunity to watch four games at each location on each match day!

TEAM POOLS VENUES MATCH DATES

Spectators will have four days in between matches so Travel Eurasia have prepared some one and two-day tours to allow you to make the most of your time in Georgia.

We will shortly be publishing details of hotels, guesthouses and restaurants which may be useful for visitors who want to make their own arrangements. We can also offer a package including accommodation, transportation, guide services, etc. If this is of interest, don’t hesitate to contact us.

ACTIVE TOURS

One-day Active Tours include Whitewater Rafting, Horse Riding or Quad Biking and Hiking. All our one-day tours are a maximum of one hour’s drive from Tbilisi but if you want to go further afield get in touch and we can organise longer trips too on request.

CULTURAL TOURS

Our one-day Cultural Tours include a walking tour of Georgia’s capital city Tbilisi, visits to Georgia’s ancient capital and religious centre Mskheta,  the town of Gori and the Museum of Joseph Stalin, and the cave town of Uplistsikhe.

TWO-DAY TOURS

We can also offer Two-day tours.  Enjoy wine tasting and spectacular views in the wine region of Georgia- Kakheti,  or hiking in and around the mountain town of Stepantsminda at the base of Mount Kazbeg-one of Georgia’s highest peaks.
